Synergis Fund is targeting $600 million of investment over the next five years, with the aim of scaling the Fund to more than $1 billion.

We are an unlisted wholesale investment trust building Specialist Disability Accommodation for people living with disability in Australia.

Strategic collaboration at scale

Working together for a better outcome.

To help drive strong financial returns for investors, improved social outcomes for residents and generate systemic change in disability housing in Australia, we know it takes the cooperation of many contributors.

More formula than fund

Our investment model is placed around selected Supported Independent Living (SIL) providers (care providers) due to their deep understanding of accommodation requirements for the individuals and families who access their disability-built homes.

Our differentiating factor is we invest in properties in appropriate areas. We work closely with selected SDA developers and SILs providers to conduct social housing needs analysis and demographic composition of each subject site.

The Fund is a diversified portfolio by location, SIL providers and SDA developers.

Synergis Fund will own large properties (or have security thereover) – the development, maintenance, operation and the tenancy. In some instances, vacancy risk of the disability housing will be contracted to third party providers.
